Its manufacturing Plant is situated at Bhiwadi ( Dist. Alwar), Rajasthan and is equipped with most modern Russian and European machinery and skilled workforce. The Main Plant and Machinery is partly indigenous and partly imported and can be comparable to any well established bearings manufacturing unit in India.

The company has the capacity to manufacture bearings with inner dia 10 mm to 850 mm and is capable of manufacturing any type of bearings as per drawing including standard as well as non-standard bearings. All the components and bearing assemblies pass under strict quality specification and stringent quality control procedures, which ensures that dimensional and running accuracy of PLT bearings confirming to the highest standards.

The company specializes in manufacturing all types of Ball & Roller Bearings. It also supplies bearing Components like IR, OR, Taper Rollers, Spherical Rollers, Cylindrical Rollers, Steel Balls and forged bearing components. With a full fledged design department (incorporating CAD) and experienced technocrats at the helm of affairs, the company has been quick in adopting the latest technology unlike old big and lethargic bureaucratic organizations. At PLT the shop managers have been specifically trained to produce quality product and follow the ISO standards.
